In addition to managing our designers, developers, coders and writers, At Large consultants are also accountable to our clients throughout execution, and are responsible for ensuring that the project as a whole is staying on-time and on-budget.  To do this we work from the technical documentation created during the Strategy phase.  Our specification documents include wireframes - simple sketches that illustrate content on a page before artwork is created. 

Because these documents have already been signed off by our clients, the execution phase can run smoothly and without surprise twists and turns.  The At Large team likes to hold regular (and jam packed) meetings so that the client is always aware of our progress, and each week we also deliver detailed status reports.

Online projects require many decisions, often in rapid succession, and clients often find the sheer number of decisions they have to make overwhelming.  At Large project managers will clearly articulate the implications of each decision and make recommendations so that you don’t get bogged down in the process. We’ll often do presentations and information sessions to help bring concepts to life, with key team members at the table to answer questions and explore solutions.
