Conference Podcasting
Extend the reach of your conference with podcasts of your key note speakers and panels.
You've spent a lot of time picking the ideal speakers for your conference. In turn, they've prepared informative material for their presentations and panels. By capturing those presentations and making them available as podcasts, you'll be generating quality content for your conference web site, and creating a unique marketing tool that works for you throughout the year.
At Large Media specializes in on-site recordings of conference keynotes and panels. Unlike a lot of audience members who do quick audio captures at events, we use only broadcast quality equipment. This means your podcasts will sound as good as your conference did in-person. We'll handle all the details for you, including liason with house sound technicians. We'll also make sure your podcasts are available in numerous online locations, including iTunes, and then provide metrics each month, so that you can see how often they're being downloaded.
We first started recording panels when we were featured guests. The audio being recorded tended to be pretty sketchy, so we thought why not bring our good gear with us, and create a high quality recording. We started posting our recordings right after the conferences ended and, what immediately became evident, is that podcasts of conference speakers and panels draw a lot of interest. And, bloggers were linking to our podcasts because - well - they just sound better.
At Large can custom design our podcasting services to suit your needs. We're also happy to supply include on-site reporting, documentary creation and the recording (video or audio) of other context pieces from your event.
